The Funeral Service for Mr. Alan Henry Williams
will be held at St. Philip’s Anglican Church, Thompson Avenue, Cowes
on MONDAY (April 19, 2021) commencing at 2.00pm.
All welcome, but due to the government restrictions on attendees in the Church and hall,
there will be a limit on numbers allowed inside. Standing room will be available outside.

April 14, 2021 at 11:44 amAlan has been a member of the Anglican parish at Phillip Island for over 20 years, being a member of Parish Council for at least 10 years until 2016, of which he was a Warden for at least 4 years. Alan was hard working, running numerous working bees, mowing the lawns, tending the grounds and undertaking maintenance on the buildings. He was one of the key people responsible for the renovation and extension of the Parish Hall. A keen and regular worshipper, he also was in the sanctuary team for many years. Alan was a key founding member of the Men’s Dinner. He brought to the parish his wisdom and experience from Melbourne. We will miss Alan, and our prayers of thanks are for his ministry among us, and for Sylvia at this time. Thanks Alan. Rest in God’s peace.
