Passed away peacefully at Korumburra Hospital on January 3, 2022
surrounded by her loving family.
Aged 76 years
Loved wife and best friend of Stan.
Loving Mum and mother-in-law of Craig & Mandy, Debbie & Michael, Tracey & Paul.
Adored Nan to Sam, Hayley; Tom, Kate, Jack; Tayla, Brodie and Jesse.

Condolences

Requiem Mass for the repose of the Soul of Mrs. Anne Patricia Alger will be offered at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Guys Road, Korumburra on TUESDAY (Jan. 11, 2022) commencing at 11.00am (AEDT).
At the conclusion of Mass the funeral will leave for the Korumburra Cemetery.

Oh Annie! Our beautiful sister-in-law! How we will miss you! We had so much fun over the years! Saturday mornings and evenings, holidays were spent in each other’s company. Our Christmases and family celebrations will never be the same. Our love to Stan and his gorgeous children Craig, Debbie and Tracey and their partners and Stan and Anne’s beautiful cherished grandchildren we send our love. We will always be there for you. Xx. Anne, I would look at you before I knew what it was like to go through chemo and think my God you are strong! Then when I started my journey and would struggle I really knew how tough you were! You were truly an inspiration to me, and on my really hard days I would always think of you and it would give me strength to get through them.
You were loved by so many, surrounded by a family who adored you.
You will be truly missed anne

My cherished god-mother,
Thank you for your guidance in hard times, optimism, strength and for your welcoming home.
I am going to miss our phone calls, lunches but mostly your laughter.
I have learnt so many life lessons from you there is too many to list.
Every time I knit I will think of you fixing up my mistakes, I am going to have to concentrate now.
I know you knew how much I loved you rest now in heaven.
You always were an angel.

Ann never changed from the day we first met as teenagers,till the time I last seen her in the supermarket.Always with a smile and asked how we were.She was a very special lady who will be loved and remembered by all who knew her. RIP Anne.

Dear Stan, Craig, Debbie and Tracey – Annie was a gentle, caring person. I have lots of happy memories with her at St. Joe’s and tennis. I will never forget the visit she made to me. Three days before I left for Tassie there was Annie at my front door to wish me all the very best! Sending prayers to you all.
