Brother-in-law of Len and Charlie (both dec.) , Ivan (dec) and Edith Dowson and Joyce (dec).
Dearly loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews and their families.
A character at rest.

The Funeral Service for Mr. Ronald Wardell
was held at the Wonthaggi State Coal Mine, Garden Street, Wonthaggi
on THURSDAY (Feb. 17, 2022) commencing at 2.30pm.(AEDT)
A Private Cremation will follow.

Kim and Daniel and Kevin our condolences to the Family of Ron and Thelma Wardell.
Neighbour to Ron and Thelma Wardell.
I grew up with Ron and Thelma Visiting my Grandfather Wig Pickerill Coal Miner also with Mum and Dad Lionel and Thelma Bottriell.
We used to often have Ron’s Lovely Horse in the back yard.
Ron would come in and sit at the Kitchen Table or the back Veranda. Telling all old wonderful stories from the Past. He will be missed a Character of Wonthaggi that can not be replaced much Loved Neighbour.

Such wonderful special memories spent with both Ron (Bull) and Thelma at their house in Wonthaggi with my parents (Norma & Eddy along with my brother Rod and sisters Kaye & Wyn. RIP Bull a kind and caring man.
