September 6, 2023 at 10:31 pmSuch fond and beautiful memories of you and Michael. A loyal and ever loving friend to Margaret and always known as Aunty Jan to Margaret’s children Mark Michael, Kathleen, Luke and Emma. Godmother and Swan supporter influencer to Luke- corrupting him from an early age. You were mums words of reason, her rock and she yours on so many occasions, you made each other laugh and without fail kept each other sane when the road got tough. To us you were our light and smiles on Christmas Eve and other family celebrations and provider of so many sneaky chocolate frogs stuck to presents or magically appearing from your handbag. You were a quiet helping hand, a supporter who just showed up when we didn’t know we needed it, giving strength and order during our weakest moments- Thank-you for your presence in our lives- we are forever richer and wiser for knowing you. You will be forever remembered and always loved. Rest peacefully Aunty Jan – and say Hi to mum for us – she’s been waiting to see you for a catch up and a cuppa. Michael Thank-you for sharing the love of your life with us, sending our love and strength to you xx
