The Funeral Service for Mrs. Joy Colleen Monssen will be held at St. Philip’s Anglican Church, Thompson Ave,
Cowes on TUESDAY (Jan. 6, 2026) commencing at 11:00am.
At the conclusion of the service the funeral will leave for the Phillip Island Cemetery.
