February 24, 2026 at 9:23 amIt’s with much sadness I read that Heather B has passed away.
What great times we had for 10 years in the Meeniyan Stadium .
Never did any of the players think that our water bottles contained only water as we scored those games.
Your meticulous book keeping , accountability helped enormously to repay the community investors back .
Thoughts are with Robert, Vaughan , Danica and families at this time .

March 13, 2026 at 3:08 pmSuch an amazing woman of the local community. One of the best & fairest umpires in the South Gippsland area and beyond, and I am extremely grateful to have not only known Heather, but to have been mentored by her, and later on umpired along side her. As a player, you definitely knew where you stood, but it was a pleasure to play the game when she was in control. I will definitely miss Heather, and I am so sorry i couldn’t get there today to bid her farewell. Thinking of Bob and family at this sad time x
