The Funeral Service including Holy communion for Mr. Allan Grant Rowlands will be held at St. Philip’s Anglican Church, Thompson Avenue, Cowes on TUESDAY (August 27, 2019) commencing at 2.00pm.  At the conclusion of the Service the Funeral will leave for the
Phillip Island Cemetery.
