Daryl, you left ‘The Island’ you loved way too soon. I don't know how to say goodbye. You are my best mate. Wishing you were out there on your board for "just one more wave". Loving you forever, your wife Polly.

Cherished son of Phyllis and Bert (dec). DJ, you were always there when called upon.

Wishing I could have been with you cobber. Your brother across the pond, Alan.

Beloved brother-in-law to Pete and Mary, Mick and Maree, Kerry and Ian. Footy season won't be the same.

Awesome Uncle to Hannah and Nathan, Rae and Peter, Sharon, Daniel, Anthony and Lisa. Thank you for mornings of blues and rock & roll, days at the beach and nights yelling at the umps on TV. Holidays were always extra special with you.

Greatest of Great Uncles to Anthony, Jessie, Connor, Madison, and Breanna.

Great great uncle to Tilly Mae.

Those who knew him, loved him. A gentleman through and through.

A Private Cremation will be held.

With Daryl’s passing there’s one less true gentleman in the world. An amazing man with a heart of pure gold. Uncle to myself, great uncle to all my children and great great uncle to my grand children. A handshake you’ll never forget if you ever had the fortune. Loving husband to my Aunt Polly and her best friend. Love you mate. If there’s in heaven you got to know he’s riding them right now.
