Daughter of Davidina Bisset Scott Curtis (dec.) and Sidney John Curtis (dec.).
Life partner of Phyllis Papps for 51 years.

November 17, 2022 at 5:54 pmIs it better late than never? Fran was a shining light for me as a nervous 18 year old in her first job at the Royal Children’s Hospital Medical Social Work department. She was always encouraging when I despaired of getting it right and equally pleased when I succeeded. I remember her well as a fun and positive person, very efficient but sympathetic when necessary. Our ways never crossed after 1967-68 as I moved on but my memories of her are warm and grateful. My sympathies to all who knew her.
