March 7, 2025 at 3:04 pmFond memories of Gwen and my holidays in Wonthaggi. She was such a beautiful person and a great friend of our family. Always smiling and ready to help others. Because of Gwen I followed her footsteps and served in Papua New Guinea. Now in her heavenly home. Well done good and faithful servant!

March 12, 2025 at 8:43 amHow the years have flown but the memories are all still there. From when you were Health Centre Sister to all our boys, even making house calls when there were problems. Your Christian values shone out in all you did from your work as a nurse to witnessing in church with that beautiful voice God gave you. Thank you again for the memories and being a part of our lives Aunty Gwen.

March 13, 2025 at 9:11 amIt is hard to say goodbye but our lives would have been less without you in it. You were the great encourager, friend and faithful presence within our lives and the lives of those whom you spent time with both personally and in The Salvation Army Wonthaggi Corps. You have lived your life to the full always willing to do whatever God placed in your path to do, especially with your gifts for singing and sharing through the newsletter which went so many places. You have been promoted to Glory, into the loving arms of our Saviour. To the family we pray that you comforted knowing that Gwen was cherished and holds a special place in the hearts of those who knew and cared for her.

March 13, 2025 at 12:16 pmRest peacefully beautiful Gwen, reunited with your beloved Max.
I will always remember fondly the childhood winter holidays we spent with Aunty Gwen and Uncle Max at the farm; getting wet and cold at the beach, watching the ducks on the dam at breakfast, mushrooming in the paddocks and feeding the cows. We loved all your stories.
I feel so blessed to have known you, the most kindest and biggest, warmest heart and our much loved family friend.
Condolences to all the family.
