will be held at the CYC Phillip Island Adventure Resort,
1775 Phillip Island Road, Cowes
on FRIDAY (October 13, 2023) commencing at 10:00am.
A Private Cremation will follow.

It is with great sadness and heartache to announce the sudden passing of our beautiful son Jake Munday who passed away tragically Saturday night September 30. Loving son to Mark and Meaghan, brother to Mia and Alivia, Grandson to Gael Munro, Adrienne Watts and Keith Munday.

Whilst this is the most awful thing for a family to endure, we want you to know that we have the most wonderful memories of Jake as a valued member of the Phillip Island Soccer Club and his friendship with Abi. He deserved a long life of adventure and fun, and in our memories he will live forever.
