March 1, 2021 at 11:57 pmMy sincere condolences to the family on the passing of Mr. Kurrle.
I remember with enormous fondness, the faith he showed in my 14 year old self, when I applied to be a Rotary Exchange student. His support – before, during and after my Exchange year has never been forgotten.
Rest In Peace.

March 2, 2021 at 2:55 pmJohn Kurrle was a founding member of Heart Support in Korumburra later to become Heart Beat Victoria Inc- South Gippsland Branch and was our treasurer for more than 20 years. His books were always neat and tidy, every last cent accounted for. We always had a friendly tussle to to get any money out of him ! He was very determined to use only his pen and paper to do his job and when he was told he had to get a computer from head office you can only imagine what his reply was !!
John was a quiet achiever, who was loved by us all, who is now with the love of his life,
His Lynette. Farewell to our Treasure of a Treasurer.
