January 7, 2025 at 4:49 pmSuch a sad shock to lose this clever, caring and witty friend.
Maureen’s down to earth sense of humour was appreciated by many and she was always generous with her attention and time.
Especially renowned for just ‘whipping up’ a sponge at short notice for any occasion.
Rest in Peace my friend xx

January 8, 2025 at 4:06 pmLoving thoughts to all the family. As a golfing buddy we experienced many good, and many average rounds, but always with many laughs and “golf language” included. Much loved member of Wonthaggi Golf Club. Maureen’s wicked sense of humour made for great company. For a lady of her stature ( vertically challenged was the phrase Maureen used) she certainly packed a punch when it came to standing up for herself. So proud of the family created by her and John. More proud and boasted about all the Grandchildren. Rest in Peace my friend ❤️

January 9, 2025 at 10:52 amSincere sympathy to John and Family on the sudden loss of a very intelligent, witty and hard working loved one. Her evil sense of humour as a golfing companion was greatly appreciated as was her involvement in the Horticultural Society and Leongatha Daffodil Festivals.

January 16, 2025 at 2:16 pmDear John,
You & Maureen have been in my thoughts a lot in the last few months, whilst reflecting on the bumpy start to my pharmacy career for an award speech.
The support you and Maureen provided to me as a pharmacy student at Korumburra Pharmacy 30 years ago was profound, and I’m deeply saddened to learn of Maureen’s passing. I hope you and your family can draw comfort from the knowledge that her spirit lives on in those she has inspired.
