So glad I caught up with Pat a couple of years ago at the Tooradin Pub. I was over from Tassie and it was great to see him after about 35 years – played cricket together at Bentleigh CC.
A great team man who loved a wise crack, a beer, all people but especially Jules and 3 sons.
Will never forget our bus/camping trip together to the NT in 1981 – a camel ride, lots of laughs, beers and Pat’s unique ability to befriend all and sundry. RIP mate…
