Patrick James McPhee (Paddy)
1961-2022

Paddy McPhee died peacefully on April 6th in Leongatha Hospital surrounded by his family.
Our most sincere thanks to Dr Chris Perry and the amazing nursing team on the ward for the compassionate and exemplary care they provided to us all.
Forever in our hearts Paddy-Melon.
Miss and love you my “Mr T” you were my best friend. Your loving wife, Bev

Dad, You will never know just how much you impacted my life in our short amount of time together. Taken far too soon, quintessential Aussie, music lover and Carlton tragic, just like me. Rest in Peace Dad. Your son Liam

Paddy you were so realistic, accepting and courageous. We’re so blessed to have had you in our lives. You were a grouse brother and uncle and we’ll miss you terribly. Who can I talk to after Insiders each week? Molly (your big sister) & Phil, Sean (your godson), Lach & Ali, Emmy & Johnny and their Sunni and Olive.

Paddy was a funny, kind and loving big brother to Matt & Mayumi and uncle to Millie & Mickey.
Our lives are richer because of you.

Paddy Melon, you were always my protective, big brother looking out for me and making me feel safe. You were so courageous facing that insidious disease. Our hearts are broken.
Rest in peace now Paddy.
Our love always Dizzy (Bub) & Paul,
Jake and the girls.

Deepest sympathies to his wonderful family, may your memories carry and lift you forevermore. Remembering a champion guy who added such colour and enthusiasm to our teenage years along the Bunurong coast. Remembering one stormy day in particular, almost half a century back, where Paddy had my back and I’m here today as a result. Stolen far too soon, never forgotten.
