The Funeral Service for Peter ‘Ando’ Anderson
will be held at the Newhaven Hall, 23 Cleeland Street, Newhaven
on WEDNESDAY (Nov. 24, 2021) commencing at 11.00am.
A Private Cremation will follow.
All attendees must be double vaccinated and will need to show proof of their
vaccination status upon arrival.

My husband John often spoke of the fun times he shared with Peter when he was holidaying in Castlemaine. We did catch up on our last trip to Phillip Island. I am sorry I wont be able to attend his funeral and will be thinking of you. If you are ever in Castlemaine please get in touch, would love to catch up with you.

What an amazing coach he was, his style of coaching brought the best out of every player. Ando made time for each player. A kind and thoughtful man. A really great person to know. My thoughts are with you today. I had hoped to support you at your dads funeral but unfortunately, baby Elka has been admitted to hospital. I am glad I caught up with dad recently in Geelong at his cricket and saw him hit “a six”. Our family have many fond memories.

heartfelt thoughts to everyone as I am unable to share in the celebration of peters life. Dad and I raise a glass here in Queensland for you Peter. You were a great friend and cousin to me at all times. Dad may see you sooner than I will but I’ll see you on the other side. Make sure you put dad in his place when he gets there!
