HILL- Robert (Hilly)
Passed away suddenly, but peacefully on Sept. 17, 2021.
Loved by Ruth, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren,
all the extended families and his many friends.
To Ruth very sorry to hear the news about hilly. I very much enjoyed our days on the bowling green. Hearing the words “you got to be up there” or “go long”.. It was always us against the world, i will miss hilly greatly My special thoughts are with you.
Our love and thoughts to you Ruth and all of the families. Hilly was certainly one of a kind. He loved to stir people up but had a heart of gold and loved helping others. He was a fabulous neighbour and we are going to miss the bangs on the side of the house when he wanted us to open the door, have a coffee, or come and see his latest idea or acquisition. He will remain in our memories forever and we will always think of him fondly. Love and thoughts Paul & KIm xxx
With love we send you off Hilly! Thanks for teaching us scrabble, and feeding us your yummy sausage rolls.
Spent my time with you breaking the record for the faster West to East drive I’ve experienced.
We’ll miss you most of all, hopefully your teeth don’t come falling from the sky!
Condolences to the family and big thank you to Hilly for the many times you bailed us out with a flat car battery and other life stresses! Sending you on your way with a flip of the bird finger and one last time with a “go and get f*#ked” your favourite words used in the whole English language! Cheers to you Hilly with a half Bacardi and Coke. Sarah, Mitchall, Alex & Jemma <3
