September 14, 2023 at 2:17 pmDear Dan and Josh, loving thoughts to you and your Mums family on her passing. I would always chat with Sue if we crossed paths shopping. You boys were the main topic of conversation as she filled me in on your growth from the Primary School boys I knew, to young men of whom she was so proud. A mother’s love never leaves your heart. Take care.

September 18, 2023 at 12:35 pmWhat a beautiful service, such beautiful words from Josh and Dan – and so brave for standing up and letting us know how your mum meant the world to you both. She loved you both, she would always talk about you both.
When Josh said she didn’t like being called Susan, I wish I got that memo when I first met her (but this made me remember the days we first met). She will be sadly missed especially from the community. Working with Sue was an absolute pleasure from the good old Seahaven days to Roselodge. Condolences to the boys Josh and Dan, and to the rest of Sue’s extended family.

September 18, 2023 at 1:26 pmDear Dan and Josh, deepest condolences to you both on the passing of your mum..I first met Sue when you boys started kindergarten, your mum was such a lively character. She became the president on the kinder parent committee; I got to know her well…We often caught up at the supermarket; chattered about you boys. When my parents where at Rose lodge we caught up often; chatted about you two; life in general. Your mum told me often, how much she enjoyed working with dementia residents; enjoyed stirring up my dad., who loved the banter. You will miss her deeply, the loss of a mum is something you never really recover from. Reflect often on those great times; memories with her.
It was a lovely fare well service, I loved the photos of you two with the birthday cake.
