In sadness we announce that our beloved Lyn passed away unexpectedly on Saturday
the 18th of October.
Loved wife and life partner of Kevin.
Cherished mother of Craig, Tracey, Kaylene and Debbie and mother in law
to Naomi, Rob and Adrian.
Treasured Nanny of Katherine, Matthew, Olivia, Georgia, Chelsea, Ethan and Gabby.

Forever in our hearts.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Lynette (Lyn) Johnson will be held at
Handley & Anderson Chapel, 3085 Loch-Wonthaggi Road, Wonthaggi
on TUESDAY (October 28, 2025) commencing at 11:00am.
A private family burial will follow.

    Our love to you all, Raymond and I are still in shock , Lyn was so strong, I can never remember a time when she’s even been unwell.
    Dwell on all the precious memories, she was a devoted wife, Mum and grandma. Xx

    Kevin you and your family are in our thoughts during this difficult time. Having recently chatted with you both it’s quite a shock to hear of Lyn’s passing. She was a beautiful lady always ready to help and she contributed so much to Newhaven College over the years including her support of you in your roles on the Board. Lyn will be sadly missed by all who knew her but fondly remembered. Bill Denise & family

    I am shocked and saddened by the news of Lyn’s passing.

    Precious memories will remain forever of our childhood with Ted in Ashburton, and years when our two families spent many a holiday together.

    Sending much love and thoughts to Uncle Kevin and my cousins Craig, Tracey, Kaylene and Debbie.

    We were so shocked to hear the news of Aunty Lyn’s passing. She was always so sprightly and on the go.

    I remember many a holiday sitting at the kitchen bench on the farm at Wonthaggi watching Aunty Lyn churning out the meals for all those hungry mouths.

    She will be missed immensely by us all.

    Dear Kevin, Craig, Tracey, Kaylene and Debbie. Our sincere condolences to you all on such a sudden passing of dear Lyn. Dayle and I are still in shock hearing the sudden news.     Lyn was that absolute tower of strength, quick wit and resilience my whole time at the Boy’s Home Rd campus. A fabulous mother who went the extra mile every single time. My deep condolences to all the family – she was so loved and valued.
