Hi, Bills family – Bill was a great friend of mine when I first came to Inverloch 13 years ago, met at the pub and enjoyed weekly sippers catch up, called church then. Bill was a strong influence on myself coordinating auskick, he said “now Big K always remember why you do it – for the kids”. I am now in my 9th year thanks to Bills ongoing encouragement. We often talked about grass roots football and soccer. He loved you kids and grandkids with everything he had and always will. Always in my heart and yours. Jason Tonkin also sends his wishes as he couldn’t make it today – Bailey and I will be there. All the best always – Billy Boy rest in peace mate and thanks for your mateship – Cheers Big K

Dear Uncle Bill. We only knew you but a few short weeks all those years ago when we came to Australia for my dad’s wedding. You and auntie Shirley opened your home to Glenn and I as strangers and we left as the family we are. You both, along with the rest of the family, showed us such love and kindness that I will never forget. We laughed and experienced the wonderful Aussie life. You also welcomed Charlotte and Richard when they visited a few years later. You were so obviously proud of Scott, Tristan, Brock and Trina who did you proud today. Go on and have the best time kickng up your heels with Auntie Shirley. With love, Lynda, Glenn and Charlotte. x

May you rip Bill, I’ll always remember our days at Smith and Nephew and your stories, although I couldn’t quite understand some of them due to your heavy Scottish lingo. A lovely man gone too soon. Condolences to Bills family
