Passed away peacefully at home on
Friday 15th May after a long illness.
Much loved and devoted husband
of 54 years to Marj.
Dearly loved father of Simon, Kate and Amy, respected father-in-law of Stewart and Darren.
Dear Pop of Isaac, Henry, Oscar and Lorelai.

Chris will be so sadly missed by us all.
A life well lived.

A Celebration of Life for Chris Longstaff will be held at
The Silverwater Resort, 17 Potters Hill Road, San Remo on FRIDAY (May 22, 2026) commencing at 2:30pm.

    He was a true gentleman and role model in the Wonthaggi community.
    Fond memories of my school days with Chris and sincere gratitude for all the advice and sound legal advice he gave and undertook for Max and I during his time in business

    My condolences to you all. I’m so sorry to hear of Chris’ passing. He was a lovely man to work with at Birch, Ross & Barlow and always had a smile and was up for a chat. He will be sorely missed by the local community and all who knew him. My apologies for not being able to attend his service, I am currently in Western Australia.
