In accordance with Leigh’s wishes a private cremation will be held.
My darling Leigh left this world on 25th September 2026. He leaves behind many who will miss his humour, his cooking, his strong political convictions and commitment to social justice. Leigh will be sorely missed by his wife Barbara, son Adam and his family and his brother Don.
Much loved brother-in-law and a cherished friend for over 50 years to Hilary. Leigh was a unique person — thoughtful, intelligent, and deeply committed to social justice. He left an indelible mark on the community and on the hearts of everyone who knew him. Devoted and much-loved husband of my sister, Barbara and their cats Sooty and Nina.
Forever in our hearts and greatly missed.
In loving memory of Leigh. Beloved brother-in-law to Merilyn, uncle to Mathew, Isobel and Steven, and great uncle of Emily, Artemis, Macy, Ashton and Finley. Leigh will be deeply missed and will always be remembered with love and fond memories.
