Mitchell, Georgie, and Claire.
Adoring Great Grandma of Penelope.
The Funeral Service for Mrs. Lyn Tonkin will be held at St. Paul’s Anglican Church,
3 Queen Street, Korumburra on
Wednesday (Jan. 7, 2026) commencing at 2:00pm.
At the conclusion of the service the funeral will leave for the Korumburra Cemetery.
Lyn’s service will be live streamed.

I only came to know Lyn as she was suffering with dementia, but from seeing the love that you, Don, and your family provided to her, I can see what a wonderful person she was. Don, you and Lyn have created such a beautiful, loving family, and I am sure her loving example will be passed on through them.

January 6, 2026 at 9:51 pmOur deepest sympathy to Don,Carolyn,Julie,Dean and families,on the loss of Lyn.We met Don and Lyn in 1973 at Sandy Point when we were next door neighbours.Many special times were had and many treasured memories were made as our families grew close over the years.Eventually Carolyn and Neale (our son) were married and we all shared three grandsons and one great granddaughter.Lyn was always a joy and devoted to Don and her family and will be sadly missed by us all.
