August 25, 2026 at 9:40 amFond memories of “Mrs Bean” playing bowls at Inverloch. Marie and her crony Dulcie Loughran were a formidable combination, both on and off the green. Marie always had a cheeky side. Her quick wit never waned. I had the privilege of taking Communion to Marie at Rose Lodge. Our conversation always involved reminiscing about bowls.
