    To the Jackson Family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Florence Joan “Floss” Jackson.
I have known Perce and Floss since I arrived in Australia in the early 1980s, and over those many years I came to appreciate their warmth, kindness, and friendship. Even after Perce passed away, Floss remained very dear to me and, in many ways, was like a mother.
I will always remember how thoughtful and caring she was – always checking on my wellbeing and never forgetting my children, especially at Christmas, when she would so generously think of them and have presents for each of them. Her loving nature and constant kindness meant so much to me, and I will always be grateful for the support, friendship, and affection she showed when I was on my own in this country.
Floss was a truly wonderful person whose gentle nature, warmth, and caring spirit touched the lives of so many. She had a special way of making people feel welcomed, valued, and loved, and I feel privileged to have known her for so many years.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I take comfort in knowing that Floss enjoyed a full and happy life, surrounded by the love of her children and grandchildren. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Jackson family and all who knew and loved her. May the many treasured memories you shared bring you comfort, strength, and peace in the days ahead.
Rest in peace, Floss. You will be fondly remembered, deeply missed, and forever cherished in my heart.
    With deepest sympathy,
    Myly Nguyen
