The Funeral Service for Frank Burns will be held at
Handley & Anderson Chapel, 3085 Loch-Wonthaggi Road, Wonthaggi
on FRIDAY (July 24, 2026) commencing at 11:00am.
At the conclusion of the service the funeral will leave for Kilcunda Cemetery.
Frank’s service will be live-streamed, the link will be available at a later date.

July 13, 2026 at 8:39 pmBurnsie – you have no idea how much you’ll be missed at the depot. Your knowledge of just about every tree in the shire is irreplaceable. A gun on a chainsaw, no fear in the bucket, a mentor to many.
We will miss the banter in the office, so many laughs. We will also miss all the little things like the corners ripped off pieces of paper that you used for your ciggie filters, the milk left on the bench, all the chats and as you left at night – ‘gotta go, got to take Poppy to the beach, see you tomorrow’
